and yet powerful internet connection watcher. Its main
purpose is for people who have unstable internet connection and for
people who do management for unstable sites. Usage is simple and GUI is
very intuitive. WebScanner scans the internet at defined intervals and
performs predefined actions if any of scanned sites fail to respond,
also it can perform special action if all the sites fail (complete
internet connection fails). Usually just a simple restart will fix the
